中测新图（北京）遥感技术有限责任公司成立于2005年，是国家级高新技术企业、中国地理信息产业百强企业、全国测绘系统先进集体，拥有甲级测绘资质。设有自然资源部航空遥感技术重点实验室和北京市低空遥感数据处理工程技术研究中心（省部级）。公司立足自主创新，构建现代航空遥感测绘、低空遥感测绘、三维地理空间信息技术、高新测绘技术装备研制、测绘地理信息数据加工服务等核心技术体系，提供现代测绘技术全流程解决方案。

       公司以北京中关村科技园区、国家地理信息科技产业园为核心，在北京、浙江、四川、江西、辽宁、广东、宁夏、湖北、山东等省布局了10个分支机构，实行集团化规模经营。公司现有员工近八百人，其中高级专业技术人员70余人。公司自主研制系列数字航空遥感系统、无人机遥感系统、国家地理信息应急监测系统等高端测绘技术装备，达到国际先进水平，率先在中国实现了工程化、产业化推广应用，并带动了中国地理信息产业的发展。

As a group company, TOPRS has its base in Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park and National Geoinformation Technology Industrial Park, and 10 branches in Beijing, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Jiangxi, Liaoning, Guangdong, Ningxia, Hubei, and Shandong, with nearly 800 employees, including more than 70 senior professionals. The company independently developed serials of digital aerial remote sensing system, UAV remote sensing system, national geoinformation emergency monitoring system and other high-end mapping technology and equipment, reached international advanced level, achieved engineering and industrial application, and promoted the development of Chinese geoinformation industry.
